Community Guidelines
- Give details. Say what machine, control, material, tooling and settings you're using. Paste G-code in a code block.
- Search first. Your question may already have an answer here or in our articles.
- Be respectful. No insults, harassment, hate speech or explicit content. Everyone started as an apprentice once.
- No spam. No unrelated advertising, link dropping, or repeated posts. "Hiring" posts must be genuine jobs.
- Stay safe. Advice here comes from other users. Check it against manufacturer data and your shop's safety rules before you act on it.
- Keep personal data private. Don't post anyone's phone number, address or email.
Posts that break these rules are removed and repeat offenders lose their account. Use the Report button on any post or reply to flag a problem. Full rules are in our Terms of Use.
